Pavillion cooling costs.

I installed a Peerless Pavillion hi-velocity system in a 100+ year old 1800 sqft farmhouse. This system uses an LP tankless Noritz heater for DHW and heating water and a 12 seer condenser for cooling. I had the house set at 77*. We fired up the system on July 2 and had to bring the house down from 91*. Had to turn it off, dry it off some and install a cary over screen to handle extra condensate, then bring the house down again from around 90*.
July had several days over 100* here in VA.
My July electric bill came...$68!
Do others who use these systems regularly get this kind of performance? I wonder what it will be like on the LP side?
