have to replace a brand new section on a new boiler that did not pass hydro 4" tapping has a sand hole next to it also it was over tapped i will need to remove the push nipples out of block i have done it before but looking for other ideas thats jeff ps i didnot say the name of the boiler becasue they have been good to me over the years

For stubborn push nipples in radiators I use a flat-blade screwdriver blunted on a grinding wheel. Careful tapping with hammer around and around and around until it slips out.
Often just separating the sections in even a very old radiator loosens both sides of the nipple. I first try with a rubber strap wrench.0 -
If they have been so good to you they should cover a new block, it isn't your fault it is their liability in this case.

there no reason to replace the other 10 sections this was a job site assmbly0 -

i guess the worst that could happen is that you have to cut it out. must be a peerless or burnham. the rest are neoprene should go smooth. lol sand holes can make you cry. so unfair.0
