Radiator Steam Thermostats

I have a building here with over 250 rads and every one of them has a Danfoss TRV. With great success and little maintenance, we've controlled the building temp and minimized fuel costs...great products.Use the 013G0140 valve body, 013L8011 vent, and any of the acutators that fit your application. They have direct mount, remote head and remote sensor types for those tough-to-get-at units. the building had old Honeywell and other units, but we converted to one manufacturer, keep a minimal supply of replacement vents and acutators in-house for repairs, and voila....a steam system that's happy, happy, happy!!!

I need to install about 80 radiator mounted thermostats (1/8" thread)on a one pipe steam system in an apartment house in NYCity. The system uses a Heattimer, the piping is about 90 years old, with cast iron radiators that have been swapped by various supers over the years and are of various sizes and shapes. Cost is an issue, but reliaility is more important. In a perfect world these would also not allow any thermostat to be set above a reasonable level - like 70 degrees. Any ideas as to vendors - models?
