    tankless?

    I know tankless water heater is like a four letter word in this crowd but I need to know if there is any one out there who knows where i can get the installation specs for a Paloma tankless water heater. I can't seem to get them of the website. I've never installed one before and I have a customer who refuses to go with anything else.

    leave yourself room

    be upfront with the customer on having never installed that heater and be sure he knows it's time and parts. don't lock yourself in to a set timed install and any problems after install should be time and parts, no freebies. last paloma i saw had pretty good install booklet, but we(the company I work for) avoid installing anything from home despot
