tankless water heater

I was told today that I need to replace my tankless water heater because its leaking into my residential drinking water. I am no plumber and I am REALLY tight on funds, Especially this time of year. I found a replacement for $130.00. Is this a job I can do myself? I am not to worried about the installation as I am about the removal of the old one. It is about 30 years old and I am worried about breaking off a bolt. If I do break one is it a total diaster? As You can see by attached pic it looks pretty old. I was told if I want I could install a seperate electic water heater but that bill could be crazy. I have only oil heat and this boiler is heating my radiant floor. I am worried that if I do break a bolt that my heat for my house and my water will be out. I can't risk that in New England in December. Any suggestions wiould be great. Thanks and Happy Holidays to all!

Unless you thoroughly understand how to isolate, drain, refill and purge you heating system and can handle broken bolts and control re-mounting, leave this job for a pro. There's more to it than just swapping out the coil.
