    I have oil in my tank but I have no heat or hot water. This is a new system that was installed 2 years with a tankless water heater. I am a single mom ,2 kids and left a message for the man that installed the system. Is there anythihng I can do to get it back and running?

    Not really

    It's a really good idea to have all furnace equipment inspected once a year. Especially OIL. It may be something easy, but I'd rather you be safe than sorry...
