air and flow problems?

I am looking for possible solutions to a hot water system problem. It's a two pipe with baseboard in a rather large house. Two weil Mclain gold boilers twinned to a supply header 2 1/2" with eight B&G 100 series spaced about 6-8" apart. The house is two story with garage and basement heated. It has some sagging pipe and air trap issues.Circuits go cold or start working at random.I believe there could be flow or pressure issues with the manifold/header arrangement of the circulators. Are there any suggestions how to overcome this?

Piping with
a lot of ups and downs can be problematic to purge.
Good isolation valves on EVERY zone will help purge. Webstone makes some nice purge valves for this purpose. a ball valve with a large port purge cock built in.
A fast fill valve or bypass around the fill valve is a good way to get a clean purge. Hard to purge with 12 psi sometimes. Just be sure to stay about 5 psi below the relief setting
Sometimes raising the system pressure, a couple - 5 pounds, helps a problematic system. Be sure to check and raise the expansion tank precharge also.
