Munchkin F-10 problem

My Munchkin home heating hot water boiler frequently fails on F-10 diagnostic code. I installed it myself, did not set up or fine tune gas valve or do/measure combustion analysis. All else is good, venting is short & neat, had gas company out to check pressure, is 6.5", they say it is fine and it seems Ok since boiler often does fire properly, have to reset it about once a day. Code says to check gas pressure and to check flame rod. That has been cleaned & replaced even though Munchkin says nobody ever has to replace these. Do you know what could be causing the F-10 problems? Could it be set up of gas valve? I appreciate the help.

Yup
You need to get a pro in there to set the combustion up correctly.
It is important.
