    I've got a Divicon on a VB-22 that is running backwards.After pulling my hair out(what little I have)tring to get the actuator to work I pulled it off to manually set the valve.I discovered that when I pointed it towards hot I got cold and vice versa.There's no way to pipe it wrong so I'm going back tommorrow to see if I pull the handle off and give it a 180 turn if that will solve the problem.Have any of you guys seen this before and how did you solve it?

    Dip Switch set wrong.

    Remove the cover and change the dip switch settings. It's in the installation manual that comes with the MVA. This will change the rotation of the motor.
