Radiant motions...

So, i been berry berry thinking lately and am considering using motion temp detectors for switch "gear" for some specific applications.
my scanner is functional again ...maybe:) that means somehow i can relate with a jpeg:)
so here is the question i can't see any Wrong answers as its one of my ever thought dismanteling posts*~/:)
What forms of heating could be dependent controlled with say someone walking into a room? and is there say any form of radiant heating that just might preform within that dependent control? Electricity is a given. we think like water so lets look at radiant solutions Hydronically speaking as it were:) steam ,refridgerant, fluid so maybe even that too can be used provided it can be shown to connect through the controlled flow of water :)
i can see someone walking into a room with various forms of radiant heating and mechanical air systems changing the environment making it progressively more comfortable fluidly adapting as it were to us :) only "awaiting our presence" *~/:)
when we leave it shuts back down by degree to a lonesome radiant system :) for some reason this idea appeals to me:)

Mornin' Weeze
We did just what you are talking about in a dentists office a few years ago.
We installed radiant panels in each examination room over the patient chairs. Motion sensors activated the pumps. The sensors have a built-in delay to shut down the pumps after they see no movement for 15 minutes.
The rooms are tempered with HWBB set to maintain 65 degrees.
Neat stuff.
Stay warm!
