I see you haven't yet received an answer from a pro, but as a layman with some general knowledge, I'll say you would be messing with proper combustion by doing that--and that's dangerous. While there might be some way to reclaim heat in boiler room for other rooms--other than insulating the piping and/or getting a more efficient boiler--check the Wall archives and you'll find many better ways of reclaiming wasted heat: burner tuning, boiler cleaning, house air-sealing and insulation, digital thermostats, etc. Get a heating guy to look at your system head to toe.

    boiler room heat?

Is it safe or not recommended to re-claim heat from an oil boiler room to the rest of a house? I have a small laundry / boiler room that reaches 90+ degrees in heating season. I usually leave the window cracked open a bit for combustion air. Can I install a small room-to-room fan to remove some of the heat and disperse to the adjoining rooms?

    If direct vented

and the burner had a dedicated fresh air intake, I don't see why the warm could be circulated out of the room. You just don't want to create negative air pressure that would effect combustion. Still think all piping should be insulated first. Other issue is having laundry in the same room as the burner. Chemicals, lint, etc get into the burner. Another reason for a dedicated combustion air supply from outdoors.
