Steam changeout at church

We are going to be changing a 1.3 million BTU Steam boiler in the local church. The church has a 700,000 btu boiler in the old school that is less than 2 years old and the shool is no longer in use. We are hoping to recycle the smaller boiler and save the church some money. If there is anyone out there that can help with figuring the EDR of the radiation I would be very grateful(sp?) The attatched document is a breakdown of what I found. I am most curious about the Trane 350 fan convectors. HELP!!
