muffled Bud

Unfortunately there are times chimney noise occurs( sounds like a loud "roar" usually from the chimney. This has occured with mostly Riello burners, but also with Carlins, in chimney's of all types. Sometimes a nozzle change has helped and other times a liner. There is no set pattern that we have seen to cause this. The noise is caused by sound waves, generated by the burner, travel through the boiler and resonates when entering the chimney. The muffler install looks good. Would like to see better photos if possible. Thanks

What kind of burner is on the Buderus? I have never had to use one of those mufflers yet, they always seem very quiet as is with a Riello. Can you post some more pics? The work looks nice from what I can see.
