Looks good
Like the installer sign with zoning info.
Also like seeing the boiler booklets ready-available.
I would recommend installing a thermostic mixing valve for the domestic hot water. We have the plus tank at 140* then mix down to 120-125*
We have about 25 ultra's installed. This year we started piping with the propress system. love the labor saving and look. Worth the investment on the tool and extra cost of fittings.

Piping looks great
I' cureous though Brain it look like you just hooked up the water maker up like a regular heating zone not parallel to the heating zones. Are you not using the outdoor reset that comes with the bioler?

indirect piping
The water heater is piped off of the primary loop. The water heater is blocking the view of the pump and connections. Yes, I am using the built in reset. Works great.

looks great, spirovents are worth thier weight in gold right.0 -
I really don't get it....
Why on earth would you ever spend for a Ultra Plus 60 and then put a mixing valve on it????
The plus 60 hooked to the Ultra boiler will make tons more 120* water than I could ever imagine would be used in a residential situation.
I have a Plus 40 and have the boiler backed down to a max. temp. of 140 and still have enough hot water for a DW, clothes washer, and shower enough for two preteens that love to soak till their skin wrinkles..... and by running the tstat on the Plus tank at 120, there is no need for a mixer.

Why!
#1 Liability, #2 Plus 60 is in a building with apartments #3 Liability (Most manufactures are recommending) with the ultra you can set the parameter for dhw lower but most installation are left at facorty setting 190* if aquastat fails domestic hw can reach the boiler temp, so as with all conventional boilers.

trap
Who installed the p trap with no vent that your condensate drain dumps into.0 -
Trap
I installed the trap with no vent. In this application the trap will never siphon coming off the top of the 4" pipe.
