Rick, Should I spoil the fun now... or wait for some responses?

Hint: "B" is 3 letters and "MC" is 10 letters.

Ya gotta hang out here more often. We did this a fews back.

Bus and Motorcycle, althought some argued it might be Motor Car.

I wonder if in the future they'll be asking what the Numbers were on a ProPress :)

In Plumbing, what is considered a Durham System? Used to be on the test

A bit of history to go with this

the company that came out with these tanks was called "Prest-o-Lite". They were an improvement over the old carbide lamps since you didn't have to mess with water dripping on carbide to produce acetylene gas. Acetylene vehicle lights were made obsolete when electric lighting and engine-mounted generators came out. I believe Charles Kettering engineered most of the Delco electric-lighting system but could be wrong.

So Prest-o-Lite went looking for another market, and found one that continues to this day.

    Very large threaded pipe

used in DWV applications, if memory serves. Introduced by the Durham brothers.

    You are correct

Threaded galvanized pipe for DWV, saw 6" & 8" jobs in Syracuse in the old days. Those "dead men" did masterful jobs.
