Contolling Commercial Steam Boiler

17 unit apartment building with a Weil-McClain steam boiler heating the entire building. T-87F thermostat in middle of building controls the boiler. Any recomendations to more efficiently control the boiler would be greatly appreciated. Outdoor reset, timer?
