Weil McLain Ultra control

Have installed about 20 Weil McLain Ultra boilers, mostly on older systems with cast iron radiators. Wondering what others are setting the parameters too. I am located in central Iowa, winter design temp is 0°. I have been setting #4 for 160°, #6 at 0° and #11 at 30 min. Haven’t gone through a complete winter since I learned about the Ultra interface. Also seem to remember a issue about the Ultra’s not always restarting after a power outage, wondering if this issue has been corrected on newer models. Just had a customer call and his did not restart after a power outage. Does replacing the control board correct this problem.
