How many Wallies do a mail campaign
to get the heating season off on the right foot. Are your customers willing to consider this in late August and early September. I'm curious to its effectiveness and what kind of incentives you use to get the customer to call for the inspection etc.
Also have any of you come up with verbage in your campaign that seems to work better than what you tried before.
Thanks in advance for your input.
Here is one I thought of;
Make your heating experience a planned event. Prevent the unplanned heating breakdown at the worst time this winter.0 -
Flyers
I send out fall flyers to recent customers.
I have a certain amount of customers that will do the necessary PMs on their equipment.
There are people that really don't seem to care unless it's broken. Then it's an emergency.
