tomorrow night, 8 PM, Party Girl on Discovery

here's some of her e-mail from today:

since November I've been writing
film reviews and a movie news column for
MatchFlick.com, a growing website for film lovers.
Tomorrow night I make my television debut on the
"Party Girl" show on the Discovery Home channel. You
may not get the channel (I had to sign up for it), but
if you do, watch the show and you'll see me!

The backstory: MatchFlick decided to have a party for
its current members and hoped to get more people
interested in the site. I heard about Party Girl, a
show where a party planner helps you execute and throw
your event, and then a half hour show documenting your
efforts and the party itself is aired at a later date.
The fact that we'd be on TV with who knows how many
people watching (and then potentially reading our
work) was the perfect opportunity for us. I contacted
the show and they were interested!

After months of planning, we had our party on May 5.
The camera crew spent two days with me, one at my
apartment and the other at the event site. If you
watch, you'll see me interviewed, preparing snacks and
games for the party, and then enjoying the festivities
along with the other party goers and MatchFlick
writers.

SO: tomorrow night, 8 PM, Party Girl on Discovery

I think Milne's been seeing double(G). I glued in an old article and mailed him the mag. Been doing that for months now & he thinks we're getting lots of press! Shhhhhhh.
