EWC has a terrific tech support department. They have helped me out with adapting newer 2 wire dampers to older panels like that in the past. I would give them a try .

I'm working on a new magic pak with an old trol a temp master-
trol mark v. cant get the a/c on. heat works fine. ive swapped
out relays on the tat control board but no go. does anyone have any idea where to get technical data on those older zone
controlers? any help is appreciated.0 -

It.s been a while , but if I remember correctly the main thermostat switches the system from heating to cooling mode.0 -
just a stupid hunch but the older trol-a-temp panels have a switching station.....a rotary knob that switchies the entire system from heat to cool, or fan only or off. other then that the best thing to do is start from scratch. find the system terminal strip on the board and jump your system to see what will turn on and what won't, then methodically check your t-stat wiring. i have had an old trol-a-temp board go bad right after we put a new furnace onto it. don't ask me how, i was just there to start it up but my guess was the electrician that wired it did something to burn out a path on the zone board.0
