these are really nice units, but at least on the ones available a year ago, the DHW coil has very limited output ability and sometimes has some fluctuation in output. there are ways to deal with it, but it's an issue we had to discover the hard way..

Have a customer wanting a Baxi boiler. Anyone know of a domestic dealer for the Pacific Northwest ( Alaska)?
Also would appreciate any feedback on this line, don't believe I've heard of it until now. Did some internet fishing and only find european dealers. Thanks in advance for any help - ed

Contact Marathon industries, you can find them on the internet. They are the north american distributors for the Baxi product. They can put you in touch with someone out your way. I am in the Northeast and these boilers are a big hit over here.

Baxi is sold thru limited dealers, part of the exclusive rights to sell baxi means they must carry parts, they also have a parts kit for the "certified" contractors to carry in truck, if needed.

Not here. Our wholesaler may or may not have parts on hand. Air vent that screws into the Grundfos volute is an oem part. So is the pump. And everything else.
