Need some help on figuring labor for staple-up install. I've attended wirsbo and have a good handle on design and have done several basement slabs but never a whole house with staple-up. Could anyone give me an idea of how much time it would take for a first timer to install it per sq.ft or say a 1000 sq.ft. Also do most of you insulate it yourself or let the insulators do it?
