Chuck, if you loss is 79,000 btus, you cant put in one 37,000 btu out put boiler to do the job. You need a bigger boiler. Plus if the 79,000 number is the exact loss, it may not do the job below design day temp. You also want an indirect DHW heater and you must make sure the boiler can handle the recover rate for your needs.
