Last night we gathered at the watering hole here at the Hilton in Minneapolis/Bloomington. About 30 Wallies and their families rolled in.

Today, John Barba holds court and the distaff side goes to The Mall of America to burn all the plastic they own. My wife Jaye will be with that faction. The leader of that pack? None other than TLM.

Beer?

The local watering hole in the hotel is light on decent beer(s). A drink of Grey Goose on the rocks is $10.! Barely a 2 oz. shot. Did I hear a pkg. liquor store may be near? With a duke, last night cost 60 scoots and I walked up the four flights without a hitch.

Bummer. Tonight's a card game night. John Barba is awesome speaker. It was about sales, not techno stuff. I just left and will return to catch the end. Nice crowd of about 100 "students."

get the Hilton tp get you all a curtisy van (I can't spell)

and tell them to take you to Matt's at the corner of 35th and Cedar in south mpls. About 10-15 min from where you are. Good selection of beer and the best burgers in town. Doesn.t look like much, hasn't changed since the 50's, but the line is out the door at lunch.
