Does tankless for baseboard on steamer require circulator>

Close to finishing a new steam boiler installation with a 4-section WM. The small (13,000 BTU heat loss) and 33 feet baseboard) loop will be installed to a 6GPM Everhot vertical tankless connected to the steam boiler.
Will the pipiing between the boiler and tankless require a circulator, or will will convection be adequate?

I would install a circulator. System will operate much better.0 -
tankless circulator
Ditto on the circ...just make sure it's a high temp impeller and rated for the temp....a normal circ won't last pumping 212*+ water
