Munchkin delay problem, fixed?

First, thanks all for your responses. Well, after cleaning completely, replacing electrodes as the old one broke when i tried to adjust. adjusting throttling screw up, then down to no avail. Checked and re checked. Finally as a last ditch effort on sunday pm I pinched down the electrode to appx 3/16", 1/4" was not happening. Then it started great. Cycled numerous times and is working fine now. Checked combustion readings, 9%co2, 77 ppm CO. this worked until I could swing back by during week. Talked to heat transfer and they said to bring my CO up over 80, closer to 100 preferrable. Now, in the process yesterday of getting it running, i had raised fuel flow at throttling valve which if it would have started, would have brought up my CO. but it still would not start until I pinched down the electrode gap. Be that as it may, I returned and brought CO up to 88 and co2 to 9.3. I still think that the real problem may be the controllers ignition transformer has weakened and with the standard gapping the spark was not quite hot enough. It's the only thing i can see that may have changed over the 1.5 years of operation. Any way, thanks again, Tim.
