Heat Transfer of Tankless Coil

I am considering the use of a tankless coil on my new steam boiler to heat my 30-feet of baseboard and radiant heat for two rooms. The total heat loss for these two areas is 28,000 BTU. The boiler will be steaming for an EDR of 461, before accounting for loss in the pipes.
I will likely use outdoor reset for the radiant loops, which need 150* on design days and the baseboard needs 170* on design days.
How do I determine the affect on the boiler's capacity to generate adequate steam on the design days?
Does this approach make sense?
