    I have a court case going on. Went this morning and presented before a judge. (they couldn't find a jury) it's not a hold lot of money but it's the fact that I was blamed for causeing a hole in this boiler that was severly neglected for years even after I told them it neede to be serviced. I'll wait to see what the judge does. Be carefull out there, a lot of homeowners that don't want to have their equipments properly maintained but the last guy in is on the hook.
