About two years ago I gave a presentation on teaching 4th graders about being a service tech. Alas, it is disappeared into the black hole of computer washouts and errorneously deleted files. I know some Wallies requested the presentation and I sent them a copy. If anyone still has a copy sitting on their hard drive or in CD format, could you please e-mail it to me? I'd greatly appreciate it.
