    thanks

hey everyone thanks for all of the nice things you all said, i spent so mmuch of my time with my wonderfull dad and the best grandfather ever. He was one of the best no doubt. He would always come hunting with us and at the end of the hunt or when we were leaveing to get some food for lunch we would all find him asleep in his spot. I have great memoreys with my family but the best with my dad and grandfather. When they built the shed i was right there helping learned how to run a chainsaw. and i would always just sit and talk ot him by the fire or by the shed. I still miss him soooo much but i to found a place in my heart where i can now smile when i think of him.its hard to loose a grandfather when your only 13 but i made it through the bad times and iam having the good times still coming.I joined the civil air patrol part of the airforce and my grandfather was so pround of me along with my family and he was so interested in it and when i wore my uniform to his funeral and wake i knew he was smiling and looking down on all of us. And still today when i am out hunting and i get someting i look up and thank him and remember the great times.I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR ALL THE WONDERFULL THINGS THAT YOU ALL SAID TO ME YOU ARE ALL GREAT PEOPLE THANK YOU AGAIN,

I had no idea my son looked at the Wall

He was looking at the post of when my Dad had passed away that I had book marked almost a year ago. So I guess everyone got a thank you from a year ago from him. Thanks Scott,he is a great kid. I am very touched he took it upon himself to post here about his grandfather. This is the same kid who caught me with a snowball offguard today to the face. They grow up so fast. I make it a real point to spend quality time doing things with my kids and making sure they get to see their whole family as much as we can. Thanks for listening to the ramblings from a proud Dad.
