I spoke with the folks at Takagi and they said it is only 95% efficient at full burn, not when it is modulating, then the efficiency goes down. Do you have different info? Other than that minor problem, it looks interesting.

It's a new product.
Ninety-five percent efficient "flash" water heater. You still need a high-head pump to get through the HX if you use it for hydronic.
