My equipment: Time for an upgrade?

Hi all, thanks so much for the great advice on here about vents and balancing. I'm making headway in that area.

Got a chance to determine exactly my equipment from a service tag dated 1989. :)

1. Heating plant: Peerless JOT-TW 175
2. Burner: Carlin 100 CRT? (cant read it)
Other info on the card:
-Gross Stk Temp: 510
-11.5 Co2
-Overdraft fire .2
-Efficiency 82%.
-Hot Water Tankless 7 gpm.

Burner is definitely pre-1989 atleast. Time for a new burner? Is this thing ancient or what? Time for a new furnace? How bad is this?

How Water comes from here...is tankless bad/old/inefficient?

Any advice much appreciated, thanks.

-JB
