Carlin 60200 control

I had the paper work on the defective 60200 controls, I can't find it now and just found 2 more controls in my stock room. Was it the series 2 that we could get replaced?

    i think the 60200 control from carlin with rev.b was the one to replace with rev.c-i think they were doing it under warranty
