An HVAC challenge in central NJ

I see some pros on this board, people that take pride in their work. I have a real challenge for someone; I have a new installation of a York air handler (with hot water coil for heat). This is a 4-ton variable speed unit for the lower level of a 4600 SF home. This is a failed installation, which the original contractor has abandoned. I have new engineering drawings detailing remediation, which will include complete tearout and re-installation of properly sized ducts, re-sizing of air handler, along with cosmetic and structural repairs to walls, sheetrock, etc...

Is there someone out there who will quote this job? Anyone?
