Recruitment Announcement For Plumber Apprentices

The Joint Apprenticeship Committee of Plumbers Local Union #24 and the Mechanical Contractors Association of New Jersey announce a program of recruitment and selection of candidates for five-year apprenticeships in the plumbing field. Selection of apprentices for this program shall be made on the basis of qualification alone, as set forth in the Approved Standards and Selection Procedures of the J.A.C. Information in this announcement is necessarily brief, and is for general use only. All applicants will be afforded equal opportunity without regard to age, race, color, religion, national or ethnic background, gender, or physical handicap (except to the extent that such handicap affects the applicant's qualifications for the trade), or liability for U.S. Military Service. Any falsification of statements or documents shall be cause for elimination of future considerations and/ or dismissal from the apprenticeship program.

WHEN: Tuesday thru Friday, April 19 through April 22, 2005 - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Tuesday thru Friday, April 26 through April 29, 2005 - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Thursday April 21 and April 28, 2005 - 4:00pm to 8:00pm

150 applications will be accepted on a first-come first- served basis.
