This is one we have been working on for the last few weeks. It is located in Bethesda, MD. The existing heating sub walked off the job (or was thrown off depending on who you talk to). We spent the first several days undoing what had been done. Luckily, the design was done at the Wirsbo factory so the tubing layout was accurate.
The radiant system is heated by two Munchkin 199's with a Vision 3 control. It also supplies a 120 gal. Phase III tank and four air handlers.
We just got the contract to snowmelt the driveway. We will be using a Thermal Solutions 750K boiler to power the system. I will post those photos as it progresses. -DF

Wow!
I can't believe these jobs are right in my back yard. My customers seem to have a more modest budget I'm certain. Thanks for sharing the pics. I'll look forward to seeing more. WW

Dan, I can relate to coming in on a job after conflict.
It takes time to talk people down, and get them to trust you after someone else has been unprofessional. I had a job where the contractor used non-barrier pipe with no intention of protecting the existing system. It is a nice feeling when you get to help out the general contractor, and protect the homeowner's investment; and meet or exceed their expectations.
