Gas boiler recommendations

What are the best options these days for gas (LP) fired boilers? I'm looking for options in the 100-120K BTU (net output) range. It will be used with an indirect for DHW, and conventional radiant heating (baseboard/panel).

I have heard good things about -

WM Ultra, Burnham Revolution II, Buderus GA124

Other than higher efficiency, what are the pros/cons of condensing vs non-condensing? I'm looking for high reliability, low maintenance, top quality (safety).

    I have 4 running on propane and owners can't belive their bills are as cheap as they are.
