    Arow or Aero

Is this a Aero burner with a 3450 motor?

    whats cutting out?

is it the cadd cell thats cutting out or the thermal overload on the motor. I just had where my burner was cutting out on thermal overload and then as a result the cad cell would lock out. The conclusion and solution was that the fuel line had a obstrucytion. So I blew out the line from the filer back with 100 pounds of air from a compressor, and so far so good. i did the same, changed filter, pump, etc and guys here gave me ideas and i blew the line out. try it

Burner motor probably has a dead spot

    Were the lines buried??

Cant say I'm a huge fan of "blowing out" oil lines. Thats just asking for trouble. Could lead to more than the initial problem. I would do that as an absolute last resort. Try a hand(vacuum) pump and a vacuum gauge on the line. Eliminate the guess work. JMO.

Is it possible to have a dead spot in the burner motor and would i see a difference at all in the pump pressure.

    pressure change

honestly I do not think you will see a pressure change, I think its a point in the motor where if it lands on it, it will not turn over, its a internal thing, But since I blew out my lines, its been fine.
