New Radiators

Building a new house with radiant heat. First floor, in floor. Second floor, possibly radiators.
1. who makes really nice wall mount radiators? i have seen runtal but i have also seen pictures of radiators from europe that look nothing like radiators. Any ideas on sources would be appreciated.

2. is there any problem with putting a radiator under a window and putting a piece of furniture, perhaps a kids desk, against it?

I've had these for a while so some of the links may not work. My favorite radiator is Runtal followed by Buderus. Both of them deliver on time, install relatively easily after the learning curve is realized and heat well.
