Problem with leaks on spun end manifolds

as HR would say... Had a bunch of copper, spun end manifolds that had glycol in it that started showing signs of leakage right on the very end of the spun shut manifold. Anyone else experiencing this phenom? Only 5 years old. Thank goodness for ProPress caps...
