More Blueray Info for Tim

Tim, Here is some CO2 info for your Blthat I will quote from a 1987 Blueray bulletin.
"As the graph demonstrates, insufficient supply of air will produce carbon monoxide. Taking a CO2 reading alone can be misleading because proper CO2 readings can occur in an air-starved mode--in effect, on the "wrong side of the curve". When setting the unit for a proper air mixture ALWAYSBEGIN WITH THE AIR BAND FULLY OPEN, CLOSE THE AIR BAND UNTIL THE PROPER CO2 READING (12-1/2%-13-1/2%) HAS BEEN ACHIEVED AND THEN CLOSE THE AIR BAND FURTHER TO MAKE SURE THE CO2 LEVEL CONTINUES TO CLIMB. IF IT DOES CLIMB YOU ARE ON THE "RIGHT SIDE OF THE CURVE". IF, HOWEVER WHEN CLOSING THE AIR BAND THE CO2 FAILS TO RISE YOU ARE ON TEH "WRONG SIDE OF THE CURVE" IN AN AIR-STARVED MODE AND PRODUCING CARBON MONOXIDE. APPROPRIATE MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS MUST BE TAKEN TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION. WHEN COMPLETED, CONDUCT A CARBON MONOXIDE TEST - THERE SHOULD BE NO MEASURABLE CARBON MONOXIDE IN THE FLUE GAS. UNTIL THESE STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN, THE UNIT SHOULD NOT BE OPERATED."

Hope this helps you to better understand the Blueray.
