American Roccoco

I have access to several American Radiator Corp Roccoco radiators, but they are SEVEN FEET LONG! Aside from the fact that I can't move them, I also don't need them this long.
They are steam radiators, ie, connections across the bottom only. There's no interconnection across the top.
My question: How are they put together, and is there any chance of taking them apart?

They're assembled with threaded nipples. For all real purposes consider them permanently connected. If time means nothing to you, it's possible to carefully cut away each nipple (not harming the underlying threads) as you progress through the sections...0 -
...groan...
lets see how frisky I and my friends feel.
I suppose i did, in fact, ask how to take them apart.
Any parts available to put them back together, or do I have to have new nipples machined?0 -
I know that replacement tapered nipples (used on the rads that are trussed together with threaded rods) are still available but have no idea regarding those old very close threaded nipples.0
