2 pipe steam!!!!

When you have 2 pipe steam with a wet return (running along the floor) you vent the steam main and the radiators (?)

Because each radiator drops straight down into our return.

if it's that 2-pipe air-vent system we looked at or something similar, the wet return is full of water so air can't vent that way.
