I have a broomell trap that needs to be replaced. I was told to remove it and install big vents on the mains. This is a finished basement and cannot get to all the mains. Do I need to put one every main and do I have to install air vents on the radiators as well. If I cant get to all the mains can I replace the broommell trap with a condensate pump.

I forgot to tell you some one had removed all the guts a long time ago and the unit keeps pushing out steam from the boiler because there is no float ball inside. They also want to change the boiler at the same time we fix the trap or replace it.0
