Marketing-advertising question

in THE MAIN WALL
for you guys. We get most of our work from word of mouth. We usually do not think much about advertising. We work our customer list etc. I have been contemplating other avenues. Money mailers etc. are not our thing. What do you business owners do and if you work for a company what do they seem to do.?

    Been there done that. treet your customers as good as you can. Call them once in a while to see if they are pleased. If there is something they don't like and it is your falt, go fix it for nothing and tell them, " We all need to proof read our work. That's why we are so good." Don't be affraid to ask for referrrals. If they are happy with something your doing they wouldnot expect from the next guy, they will want you to have more customers, and they want to have their friend thank them for sending you. You have to deliver though, to every one of them. You'll be charged to as you go home with the sense of accomplishment. Break the rules. Talk to them 2 time a year at least. They will like it.
