I cannot control the heat in the second floor of my house.
I've disconnected my thermostat and even shut the the
switch for the upstairs zone. The temperature can go
as high as 85 degrees. Hot water seems to be seeping
in someware. Can you please offer any suggestions.
I've had Key-Span to my house 3 times to no avail
