Main Vent Needs?
Michele

I have two main steam loops in a two pipe steam vapor system. One loop heats very quickly and nicely - so I assume it is vented adequately. The other main does not heat up nearly as quickly. It is about 75'long (with four elbows) and 3-1/4" diameter (excluding the 2-1/4" Steamhead suggests for insulation and pipe thickness). How many and what size Gortons would be adequate to vent that loop?
ps....I am slowly on my way to correcting my steam system thanks to all the Wallies who have responded to my questions over the last year and to a couple local Wallies I've met along the way. I will post our success once we finish!
