Quietside boilers

Hey guys just wanted to see if any of you have had any experience with these boilers. Whats good the bad and the ugly on these units. We have a homeowner that has reseached them on the net and wants us to install one of these units for him.

    I have been working on a QXM8-140 that will not produce enough domestic hot water, not even enough for a shower, it has good flow through the coil but will not transfer enough heat, it was purchased over the internet in a package deal from one of those companies that makes sure we have enough repair work.
    I have to say I am not impressed with this boiler all of its parts run on 250volt so I don't think it would be vary easy or fast to get parts for it.
