Munchkin w/ Space Pak Hydro/Chiller(jalcoplumb)

I am looking at installing a Space Pak unit with a hydro-air coil for heat and a chilled water coil for A/C.

I am looking at the indoor chiller that Space-Pak has listed.

I will be using a Munchkin for the heating plant and a Super-Stor Ultra for the domestic hot water end.

The building needs about 70,000 btu of heat and I am looking at about 5ton cooling.

Any one use the chiller before?

    My Unico dealer had one that looked well built

    but I have not had the opportunity to use one. Would like to hear how yourd turns out. The Space Pak dealer also had one, but the unit was not made by Space Pak.

    we installed a

    unico chiller at a rectory last year. it was attached to 7 unico systems. the system worked very well. never had any problems or callbacks on it.
