European burner control needed

I happen to be in Europe, Albania to be exact, and the organizaton I am visiting happens to need an oil-burner primary control - Satronic 834.1

Any idea of who to contact in Europe - say in France,or Germany - so I could have a couple shipped here?

I know it is wierd request for the Wall, but maybe someone can put me in touch with an English speaker in an European heating association.
